This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for products and services purchased through PST VPN (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing any product or service from PST VPN, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Digital Services (VPN Accounts)
1.1 VPN Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)
VPN services are digital services that are activated immediately after purchase.
By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that:
- The service starts immediately after payment
- Performance begins upon account activation
- Your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the service has started
Refunds for VPN subscriptions are therefore not provided, except in the following limited cases:
- The VPN service cannot be activated due to a technical fault on our side
- The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time after support intervention
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Dissatisfaction with speed, location availability, or compatibility
- Incorrect device configuration by the user
- Temporary outages, maintenance, or force majeure events
Vouchers & Prepaid Credits
2.1 VPN Vouchers (Digital Products)
VPN vouchers are non-refundable digital products.
Once a voucher code has been:
- Delivered, or
- Revealed, or
- Redeemed,
it cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.
Unused vouchers also cannot be refunded, as they reserve digital capacity and services.
Bundles & Promotional Products
Products that combine:
- VPN services
- Hardware
- Discounts
- Promotional pricing
are sold as bundled offers.
Refunds are handled according to the individual components:
- Activated VPN services are non-refundable
- Hardware may be eligible for return (see section 4)
Discounted bundle pricing will be recalculated if part of the bundle is returned.
Hardware Products (VPN Routers)
4.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you purchase physical hardware from PST VPN, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the product, provided that:
- The product is unused
- The product is undamaged
- The product is returned in original condition and packaging
4.2 Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- The router has been configured, activated, or customized for you
- Security seals have been broken
- The product shows signs of use
4.3 Return Costs
Unless otherwise stated:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend insured and trackable shipping
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if:
- The order has not yet been processed
- No digital service has been activated
- No voucher code has been generated or delivered
Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your VPN account
- Invalidating vouchers or access credentials
We strongly encourage contacting our support team before initiating any payment dispute.
Abuse & Fraud Prevention
PST VPN reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of refund requests
- Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of services
