Vouchers & Payments
Is a voucher the same as VPN access?
No. A voucher is a payment method.
VPN access is the service you activate by redeeming a voucher.
Does voucher value affect VPN quality or speed?
No. Voucher value has no impact on VPN quality, speed, security, or infrastructure.
All users connect to the same VPN network, regardless of voucher value.
What can I redeem with a voucher?
Depending on the voucher value, you can redeem:
One month of VPN Direct Access (no subscription)
- One year of VPN Direct Access (no subscription)
- One month of VPN Managed Access (subscription-based)
- One year of VPN Managed Access (subscription-based)

One year of VPN Account Access
VPN routers or other hardware
Combinations of access and hardware (balance dependent)
The voucher only determines what you can purchase, not how the VPN performs.
Can I combine products with one voucher?
Yes. If the voucher balance allows it, you can combine:
VPN access + hardware
Multiple access periods
Different products in one redemption flow
Do vouchers expire?
Voucher validity and any expiration terms are clearly stated at purchase.
If an expiration applies, it is shown transparently — never hidden.
